Biography

Aside from being a lawyer by trade, completing an MSc in Management, Enterprise and Innovation, and then working within FTSE 100 oil & gas engineering business IMI Plc, since 2015 I have worked with start ups in the global commercial drone sector.

 

I was the business development manager for renowned drone start up Cyberhawk (global pioneers and leaders of drone inspections across a range of industries) and worked for them across a range of sectors including rail, utilities, renewables and land survey, spreading the amazing benefits of their innovative hardware and software capabilities to a range of bluechip businesses. I was then recruited into a disruptive SME marine business (Martek Marine) to actually create their drone service capability for the marine and offshore sectors, where I achieved two world first drone operations with bluechip clients. I was then Chief Sales Officer with NorSea Wind for a short time, before setting up my own commercial consultancy in early 2018 to advise companies on how they can use drones to transform their business, as well as helping different types of companies (drone and other types of business/start up) with their needs such as business development, sales, tender support, trademarks, investment & funding, strategy, social media & marketing, disruption, market entry (UK and abroad), contracts, and anything else of a commercial nature they need for their business to succeed.
